The First Orlando Foreclosure Bus Exceeds Everyones Expectations
The first Orlando Foreclosure Bus Tour far exceeded the expectations of Z House Realty Group and the customers who attended. In fact, one first-time homebuyer, who chose to spend her birthday on the bus, e-mailed me to share “I enjoyed the bus tour very much! I think I had information overload and learned a lot!” The tour is geared towards educating consumers on the various types of real estate in today’s market: short sales, pre-foreclosure, REO’s (bank-owned), new construction or standard resale transactions. The tour covers the legalities, financing options and “what to watch for” from an inspectors point of view and “Save Our Homes – How to Avoid Foreclosure.”
In addition to the incredible amount of knowledge being taught while riding from bank-owned property to bank-owned property, the attendee’s are given the chance throughout the day, to mingle with and ask questions of, experts in various real estate related fields. While the first bus covered properties, ranging in price from 154K to the mid 300”s, future tours will target more specific price ranges.

The cost is $45.00 for the first person and $20.00 for each additional person. Breakfast and lunch is included, as well as materials.
