8/5 - Need second BPO - required because Fannie Mae loan, requested escalation for file.  Ordered second BPO.

8/20 - Supervisor requested new negotiator be assigned on the 17th.  Should be in new negotiators hands by Monday.  Should have new notes on file by Tuesday.  Level One negotiator has 15 days to review docs, order BPOs and appraisals.

8/22 - Level One negotiator assigned, T.T.  Most recent BPO 8/5/09.  File indicates additional BPO required, T.T. has until 9/9 to order BPO.

9/11 - Countrywide turned the file over to FannieMae to process on 8/20.  FannieMae has 30 days (undetermined if 30 calendar or business days) to process and respond.  This is under a new project FannieMae started in August.  Based on this new information, we should have a response between 9/20 and 10/15.

8/14 - Spoke to lender, looking at response around end of month.

8/15 - Requested extension from buyer's agent for primary offer.

8/20 - Re-requested extension for 3rd Party Approval Deadline from buyer's agent.  Awaiting response.

8/27 - Extension Received

9/4 - Spoke to lender. File forwarded to PMI company.  Currently in review.

9/10 - Fully approved, terms agreed & approval letter recv'd by lender, owner & buyer prepared to close by Oct. 23rd.

8/25 - Phase 1 negotiator approved, forwarded to phase 2 negotiator for full approval and to negotiate closing costs.  Should have answer within 2 weeks.  Appraisal price fell within acceptable range for sale.

9/11 - Phase 2 negotiator received file on 8/27, CG, email rcv'd.  No new notes on file.  Emailing negotiator for update.
