The Z House iPhone & iPad App includes the following features: - Location-aware search: The App will find your location and display up to 25 listings closest to you.
- You can post listings to FaceBook or Twitter
- Narrow and Filter map search to include only listings that match your desired search criteria.
- View all photos, virtual tours and more.
- View or Search listings on map or in lists.
- Motion sensitive, shake the IPad or iPhone to refresh listing information.
- Tap the phone number to dial the Agent or Office, or tap the email address to automatically send an email to the Agent or Office listed in the header.
To install the app, iPhone and iPad users will need to download the myAgent IDX application from the iTunes App Store. Click the graphic to download. You may also easily locate the myAgent IDX app, by searching the keyword "IDX" inside the iTunes App Store.
After Installing the iPhone App, enter the code 4654 into the IDX Agent code field to tell the application which MLS area to search. This code is unique to Z House Realty Group and allows you to access real estate listings from Orlando, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Winter Springs and Central Florida, as well as Palm Beach and Cocoa Beach. Once you enter your one-time agent code (4654), it will be stored in your preferences and will not have to be entered again. An Android version of this application is currently under development. Expected release date is late 2011. |
