It is our goal to respond as quickly as possible to our owners and tenants problems and concerns. As a property manager, I have an email, cell phone and an office phone system that relays voice mail messages after hours. The broker/owner is also available to assist with any questions.
We are members of the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association (ORRA) and are real estate professionals who belong to the National Association of Realtors® and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics. Not all real estate brokers and agents are Realtors®. To make sure you are working with one, look for the federally registered membership mark Realtor®.
We do business in Accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Laws (The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988), Florida Statutes which include the Landlord and Tenant Act and Department of Real Estate Commissioners Rules.

Our management fee will be deducted from the first month's rent once we have placed a tenant in the property, and is a percentage of the rent. This percentage is agreed upon between Owner and Property Manager and is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, number of properties we manage for an owner, distance to property and market conditions.
For ease of payment, we provide direct deposit of owners funds via Paylease. We also offer tenants the ability to pay rent online and to setup automatic ACH payments. |
